I recently shopped at multiple dealers for a new Can AM Spyder F3 Limited. In the end, I chose America's Motorsports on 8th Ave S. The service that I received during the hunt, to testing the vehicle to purchase was the one of the best experiences that I've had. The bike I chose was a 22' model with only 60 miles! I purchased the "Battery for Life" and wouldn't you know, the batter died the day after purchase. My sales guy, Ray, replaced my battery with a new one and even installed it for me, teaching me how to do it for the future. Service after the sale has been top notch just like it was when I entered the showroom and them hoping to make a sale. Thank you everyone for helping me to trade for a bike that I love!

The staff in the Nashville store was super friendly and on point. From the first phone call to pulling away with my new boat Ron was amazing. Tristin worked on the boat to make sure everything was perfect. When it came time to do all the paper work Michelle was great . Very upbeat and happy which made our experience awesome . Josh and Michelle were amazing. I bought my dream bike, 2021 GSXR 1000. From the time I came in until the time I left, everything went smoothly. After losing my wife to Covid in July and being a single parent I went to America's Motor Sports to shop for an ATV to spend the weekends outdoors with our son. When I went in everything was nice and neat had alot of selections and had a wonderful sales man (Josh) they made sure I was showed around so I'd know the shop and how it works when service time comes. They helped me to purchase a beautiful CForce 500. This is an awesome store with great people working inside to help you at everything you need, just give it a try and stop in. Having the lose of my wife for something that I don't quit get fully had a toll on me lately which therapy is helping. I owe huge thanks to Jeff in the service department. This weekend I ran into serious problems trying to change the front tire on my motorcycle. In a panic, a friend and I took the tire and wheel to American Motorsports in Nashville. As we pulled up, several employees were walking to their cars--the store had just closed. We approached one of the employees (Jeff in service, it turned out) and explained the situation. Even though he was about to go home for the day, he took the tire into the shop. Ten minutes later, he returned with an inflated tire, having worked his magic on the situation. He then refused to accept a tip! This was an incredible gesture on his part and he really helped me out of a jam. Endless thanks to Jeff in service! This is an incredible dealership with incredible people and service.

I just bought a new Honda CRF 1000 Africa Twin at America's Motorsports in Nashville on 8th Avenue. I am really liking this bike a great deal and somewhat oddly, I found my experience buying the motorcycle surprisingly pleasant. My salesperson, Cole, was polite, personable, and very helpful. I have bought motorcycles at 4 different Nashville area dealers and the people at America's Motorsports were by far the most reasonable, helpful and patient.

With the stereotypical mindset, one would think she wouldn't be as knowledgeable about motorcycles as someone older and of the other gender, but she proved us wrong! I purchased a CanAm Spyder from the Madison store. I was very leary and ready to be defensive the first day I went to look because I am a woman and had stereotyped all salesmen. The moment I walked into the store, I felt very comfortable and at ease. I explained I was just looking, they applied absolutely no pressure! Allowed me to look all I wanted , took my time, and left feeling great about the people here! A couple weeks later I went back and purchased my Spyder. EVERYONE was excellent, professional, and very helpful! They all went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable with my bike and every possible question was answered, they didn't even get upset when I called 20 times one day with questions! Love these guys and gals! Can't say enough good things about them. I am from Knoxville and went into my local dealer ,they dismissed me, took 20 minutes to find out if they could help and then they asked the wrong person (my husband who was with me). I was interested in a new UTV, so I called up to Americas motorsports in Dickson TN. I got a Guy by the name of Blake he was really Nice and well mannered. HE got me to come in and he took time out of his day to show me numerous UTVS. we finally found the right one just for me. I was really pleased with the way they treated me down their. it is very nice down home store, that I feel like they would do anything for me. I am from SC and saw an ad on Craigslist for a used 2013 Kawasaki Mule 610 xc. I called and talked to Alex Simmons(internet sales manager-Madison, TN) to get all the details. He sent me every picture that I asked for so, I decided to check them out a little further. I admit, I was a little cautious but went to the website, called the Better Business Bureau and found that they had an excellent rating. Alex had given me a good price and even given me some guidance in finding a shipping company to get my Kawasaki Mule to SC from Madison, TN. I ended up using uShip and all worked out fine. The mule is exactly or even better than he told me. I would defiantly recommend buying from these people.

He gave me a great price and worked with my shipper to have the bike delivered without any complications. Normally, I'd be uneasy about making a large purchase like this without seeing the bike but Alex's description was spot on and there were no surprises. I do not normally post comments or testimonials, but my experience in purchasing a motorcycle with America's Motorsports in Nashville (8th Ave) was extraordinary; the experience was refreshing to say the least. The sales person, Van, was knowledgeable, experienced and enthusiastic to give me the best experience in purchasing a bike. From the trade-in to the test ride of a couple of bikes, he worked diligently to ensure everything was worked out. While I did not finance the bike, Tracy (admin) was proficient, thorough and helpful in going through all the paperwork. Working with the Yamaha corporation, she was able to ensure the remaining 5 months on the manufactory warrant was active, as well as a great deal on an additional 2 year full Yamaha warranty. I purchased an attachment for my IPhone and GPS from Tyler (parts), which he had installed for me and made it ready to go. The last exemplary service was from Jeff (service manager) who diligently went over ever detail of the bike and all the features. When I left, I had full confidence I had a real team behind me to support every aspect of my ride. I researched the bike that I wanted, but I found the selection of bikes, new and pre-owned, to be enormous and would invite anyone interest in purchasing a pre-owned or new bike, to see Van and all the folks at America's Powersports in Nashville.
